Fellow Cumberland County Republicans,

We had a great success with the 2009 CCRC Golf Tournament and now it's time to turn our attention to our September fundraiser.

Chellie Pingree is on the ropes for her bad decisions and her lack of support for Maine workers, and there is also an open seat coming up in the Blaine House following 8 horrible years of Governor 38% Baldacci. 

The Democrat- controlled Maine House and Senate can't get out of their own way.

We have a great chance in 2010 to defeat those who have brought our state to the brink of financial ruin, but it cannot be done without money. We have the public turning our way with good solid issues that we can take to the people to defeat the Democrats' big government, anti jobs and anti business agenda.

These fundraisers will each go a long way to help promote Republican candidates in November 2010 who will fight for hard working Maine citizens. With everyone’s support we can better help our candidates defeat the Democrat ideology and the failed policies in Augusta, and at the same time have some fun helping to build support for our cause….

This is a reminder that NOW is the time to be getting your ticket to our Sunset Cruise on the Songo River Queen Cumberland County Republican Committee fun fund raising event on September 12th from 6 to 8 pm.  We've done two events in Portland and with this event we're heading to the beautiful Sebago Lake Region of our county.

We will be enjoying an evening cruise on beautiful Long Lake in Naples. There will be entertainment, snacks and a cash bar. We'll also have Republican Candidates for Governor on board for you to meet.
